Твір з англійської:Why I Love Summer/Чому я люблю літо

To my mind every season of the year has its own beauty. Autumn is attractive for its colourful landscapes. Winter is good for those who like mountain skiing, skating and hockey. Spring is wonderful because everything awakes after long and cold winter. But for me the best season is summer. One of the main reasons for that is of course summer holidays, which last for three months. At this time I usually visit my grandparents who live in the countryside. I think this is far better than spending summer in the city especially when it is hot. 

I am fond of swimming and there is a great lake near my grandparents’ house. So every day if the weather is nice my friends and I go to the beach to swim and sunbathe and sometimes play football or volleyball. My grandparents live in a very picturesque place, there are vast fields with green grass and you can also see endless forests a little farther from the village. 
Sometimes my parents and I go to the seaside in summer, to Thailand, Egypt or Turkey. This is another reason for me to like summer. I am really into travelling and in summer I have plenty of time for that. It's usually warm in summer so I don't have to wear warm sweaters and coats, which I don't like. 

Moreover in summer you can go hiking and sleep in tents somewhere in the forest. I also like picking up mushrooms so summer is the best season for me.

Я думаю, кожна пора року добре по-своєму. Осінь привертає своїми барвистими пейзажами. Зима хороша для тих, хто любить гірські лижі, ковзани і хокей. Весна чудова, тому що все навколо прокидається від довгої холодної зими. Але для мене найкраща пора року - це літо. Одна з головних причин - звичайно, літні канікули, які тривають три місяці. У цьому час я зазвичай відвідую своїх бабусю з дідусем, які живуть в селі. Я думаю, це куди краще, ніж проводити літо в місті, особливо якщо жарко.

Я люблю плавати, а біля будинку моїх бабусі і дідусі є відмінне озеро. Тому кожен день, якщо погода хороша, ми з друзями йдемо на пляж, щоб покупатися, позасмагати і іноді пограти в футбол або волейбол. Мої бабуся з дідусем живуть в дуже мальовничому місці, там величезні поля з зеленою травою, можна також побачити нескінченні ліси трохи віддалік від села.Іноді ми з батьками їздимо на море влітку - в Таїланд, Єгипет або Туреччину. Це ще одна причина, чому я люблю літо. Я дійсно люблю подорожувати, а влітку на це повно часу. Влітку зазвичай тепло і не доводиться носити теплі светри і пальто, які я не люблю.

Більш того, влітку можна ходити в походи і спати в наметах де-небудь в лісі. Я також люблю збирати гриби, так що літо - найкращий для мене час року.
